Current Projects and Ownership

We currently own two large plots of land on Pulkovsky Shasse near Pulkovo I Airport.

62.5 Hectares of land (Pulkovo I Project) is bordering the Airport

48 hectares (Pulkovo II Project) is across the road and connecting to the new high speed Moscow road. Both of these land plots are under development. In addition, we are participating in land development projects in the Leningrad Region surrounding St. Petersburg.

 

We own of 10,5 Hectares in Kirovsk(in the Leningrad Region), of industrial land.
